AMNSIS is the provincial/territorial organization for Saskatchewan with the Congress of Aboriginal People (CAP) National.

AMNSIS supports the Indigenous communities and individuals of Saskatchewan.

All Indigenous people in Saskatchewan are entitled to representation with the federal and provincial government.

Indigenous people have the right to choose; who represents them, who will advocate for them.

Indigenous rights remain with the individual and the community and cannot be taken away, or negotiated without our consultation.

Indigenous people have the right to direct one’s affairs, culture, language, tradition, duty to consult, and includes the right to self-governance.
